Making Your Booking by Email

You can make a booking request by using the "Reservation Panel” from the holiday property page you have chosen.

You then follow the necessary steps i.e. enter dates, Renter Information within the '' Make Reservation '' button in this section.


Making Your Booking by Phone 


  • Once you have selected your holiday property you wish to book you can contact us by telephone on 00 90 252 677 7 677 or 00 90 542 447 80 80 which is available 24/7 and we can make the booking, using the holiday Property code. 
  • Once the initial booking has been made you will then receive an email from your Representative with your “Reservation Voucher” within this document is your rental property details, amount of your rental stay and payment information and the Renters information.  At this time we request the booking reservation payment of 25%.


Renters Responsibilities


All of our holiday properties are carefully furnished and fully equipped for the unlimited use by the Renters.


  • The Renters will inform our company immediately if there are any damages.
  • The Renters agree to pay for any lost or damaged items before leaving the property.
  • Pets are forbidden within our properties.
  • Smoking is not permitted within our properties ONLY on balconies and garden areas.
  • The Renters will be considerate to their neighbours and will avoid any kind of unsocial behavior and noise.
  • In addition the Renters will not allow, any weapons, drugs, which are prohibited by law, will not accommodate illegally persons / fugitives into the property.  The property will not be used for illegal activities.
  • The Renters are also responsible for possible accidents, damages for other accompanying persons accompanied by them during their rental period.


Property Occupancy


  • Maximum number of persons stated in each holiday property description, must not exceed the number of guests approved during the rental period and confirmed by receipt / document, including children and infants in the number of persons staying at home. If the maximum number of people at home is exceeded, a number of people will be asked to leave the property or an extra fee will be charged per person.
  • All rented villas and apartments are processed in line with the statement of the customer at the pre-booking stage. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the information given is accurate and complete. Our company is not responsible for the problems caused by incorrect information that the customer has given.


Damage Deposit


  • The damage deposit is a fee paid to your Representative upon entry into the property. The damage deposit amount is 300 TL. The Representative will check the property at the end of your vacation. If there is no damage and the equipment is complete, the fee will be refunded at the exit. If there are damages or deficiencies are higher than the deposit amount, then an extra fee will be requested from our Renter.


Check-in & Check-out Times


  • For all our properties the check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is at 10:00. There can be flexibility for entry and exit times but this however depends on the arrival of the next client and the availability of our homes.
  • After the checkout time, our properties are cleaned and prepared for our next customers. The deliveries of our properties are prepared by our staff members.


Pool and Garden Care


  • You will be informed by your Representative who will be providing your swimming pool and garden maintenance and the approximate time each day they will attend.



Property Pictures & Videos:


  • On our webpage you can find individual pictures of our rental properties, this is to give a clear idea about every part of the property and its surroundings. Our goal is not to leave any question in your mind about the property.



Payment & Cancellation Policy:


  • Our guests are required to pay a deposit of 25% of the rental accommodation price to reserve their rental property. The remaining 75% can be paid in cash to the Representative who will deliver your home to you on arrival.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking, you have a 60 day free cancellation period, and your 25% deposit will be refunded. However, if you wish to cancel your booking 30 days before the arrival date you will receive a refund of 15% from the 25% prepayment paid.
  • If you wish to terminate your booking without reasonable excuse or because of a last-minute plan change, you will not be entitled to any deposit refund.
